Question Do I have to pay for international taxes & duties?
AnswerWhen we send it to you, we don’t need to bear such costs. But if you choose to return and exchange the product, if the product has never been picked up by the shipping company and returned, you will get a refund that will be returned to you after deducting the actual shipping cost of the product.

So be sure to communicate well in advance.

Question How long does it take to get my refund?
AnswerUsually, we will arrange a refund as soon as we receive the returned goods. If you haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account first. Refunds usually take some processing time. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time to officially issue a refund. If you have done this and have not received a refund, please contact us at [email protected] Due to the high amount of refunds during the peak period, it takes about 2-3 days during the peak period.

Question What is your return/exchange process?
AnswerPlease email [email protected]@ordermail.org with your First + Last name and return tracking number. And contact our customer service to explain the return status. (We do not accept products that have not been notified in any form)

AnswerYes, we do! Purchase and contact us give us your information about the  prescription glasses is OK!
Question Why is my discount/coupon code not working?
Answer1.) Check if your code is correct.
2.) Items on sale are not elible for any discount/coupon codes.

Question My order is not moving according to the tracking, what to do?
AnswerIf your item seems to be stuck in one location while ‘In-transit’ for more than a week, we highly advise you to contact your local postal service provider and/or your customs office for updates on your package.
If your item remains in ‘Pre-shipment’ status for more than a week, message us immediately or contact us here.
Question I haven't receive any shipping notification email, everything OK with my order?
Answer99% of the time, yes! But for security purposes, our system has a built-in fraud analysis to avoid suspicious orders and fraudelent transactions. This may come from multiple attempts for card info, mismatched billing address, and more. After your payment is verified, you’ll receive 2 types of automated email:

Confirmation Email – is sent out upon receiving your order
Shipping Confirmation Email are sent out once your order is shipped. This includes all shipping information about your package.
If you haven’t receive any confirmation/shipping email on your order after a week, let us know.

Question What to do when I encounter an error when placing an order?
AnswerThis rarely happens but when it does, the best thing to do is to message us immediately or contact us .
Question What if I need to change my shipping address or cancel an order?
AnswerSuch changes/cancellations can be complicated once our warehouse has processed your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please message us immediately. (There is no way to cancel or change styles for orders that have been shipped)

AnswerWe ship from Korea/Hong Kong/USA, usually we ship within 48 hours and you can receive the package within 3-5 day/ 2 days after shipped.
